at home and bored

....so i end up making a gif of my roommate. i promise no more posts that feature just carrie from now on. this isn't a carrie centered blog (but i still love you dearie). 

shopping date

Carrie and I heard about this amazing thing called an Urban Outfitter's Surplus store. Of course, having caught the shopping bug following Black Friday and the holiday season in general, we had to go. We hopped our merry little souls onto the CTA and took a 40 minute train ride (and a 15 minute walk) into Chicago in search of this magical store. 

Carrie found herself an adorable sweater and I ended up breaking the bank before heading out to our beloved Joy Yee's for dinner.
